Head Chef
Must have a passion for food & demonstrated creativity. Minimum
3 years experience as a Head Chef. Top end metropolitan
restaurant experience preferred.
Chefs
Qualified; work experience in metropolitan restaurants preferred.
Wait Staff
Professional fine dining experience, exceptional presentation &
service skills, NSW RSA.
Bar Attendant
Extensive cocktail experience preferred. NSW RSA.
Housekeepers
Must demonstrate attention to detail & be organised & thorough.
Experience not essential, training provided.
Spa Therapist
Able to provide full range of day spa services
Receptionists
Hotel experience preferred. Outstanding presentation & customer
service skills are essential.

Applicants for waitstaff and barstaff positions must either have a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or prior to starting their employment be prepared to do the one day RSA training course at personal expense (approximately A$110).  This certificate is a state law requirement for any person working in a position involved with the service of alcohol.
