The Terrace has a focus on contemporary cuisine combining the finest local produce with exciting new flavours from our talented Executive Chef, Hayden Ellerton. The Terrace Restaurant is a destination highlight for our guests.

A truly memorable indulgence is a tasting menu degustation with wines expertly matched from our extensive cellar (minimum 6 guests, bookings essential) . Guests may also enjoy pre or after dinner drinks in the sumptuous lounges or in the chic Après Bar.
